 Delivery Time: In-stock products will be delivered in 6-10 business days to Bulgaria. To Romania, Turkey, Serbia, Greece 10-12 days. For the rest of the EU countries the delivery time is about 15 business days. 

 Return Policy: In OffRoadPlanet.eu we aim full customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased of the ordered product you can return it back to us in 7 days after the date of receiving the product and we will send your money back after we get it back. BUT the return has to be in order to our Terms and Conditions-  Returned products have to be in new condition that allows reselling product as new. It has to be with its original packing, instructions , accessories , invoice if there are such items in the package. Shipping expences are covered by the customer. If the customer use free shipping option additional shipping will be added for the original shipping.

 If you receive product that is not what you ordered / wrong color, size, different product/ you have to call us as soon as possible so we can send you the right one. We pay all additional shipping cost. The products are insured. If the products are damaged please tell to courier right away so he can make a report and the products' cost will be covered by the insurance. In any other way we can't compensate you if the product is damaged.  

 OffRoadPlanet.eu accepts returns in 7 days after the date of receiving the product . This period could be longer only if the customer contact us in the 7-day period that returns the product. But we don't accept  under no conditions product returned after 15 days after the date of receiving the product . If you send us a product that doesn't meet the Terms and Conditions under we work the shipping back to your address is your expence.

Order Cancellation: If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible before we process your order. If you cancel the order when it's already on the way to you you will be charged 10% of the products' cost plus the the shipping cost in to you and back to us.

Delays: If your order is delays please call us and we will contact the courier. Please have in mind that the couriers are separate companies and we can't control their activity. OffRoadPlanet.eu is not responsible for dalayed orders due to factors out of its contol.

International Shipping: All expences that may occur out of the Republic of Blgaria and/or the European Union like VAT, duty, customer representation,etc. are covered by the customer.

Information and pricing: Due to circumstances beyond our control like increased sourcing and shipping costs, mismarked items, laws, etc. So OffRoadPlanet.eu reserves the right to change information, policy, prices, etc. without notification.
